Zsportsmedia looking for Partnerships for Student Intern Programs
Richland, WA - Local small business Zsportsmedia LLC, or "Z-sports" for short, is looking to partner with local High Schools and Colleges to develop internship programs that would allow student to attain real-world skills while also earning school credits.
Outlets for skill development in web, broadcasting, and "new media" can be hard to come by outside of the classroom, especially in rural regions such as the Tri-Cities. Zsportsmedia sees this as an opportunity for students, both High School and College to gain these skills while working both independently and as a team.

By partnering with Z Sports, students will have the opportunity to work on real projects for a real business. Jobs such as web design, graphic design, photography, videography, reporting, broadcasting, writing even sales and marketing are just some of the jobs potentially available.
The benefit for schools is it allows them to extend the classroom into the community and give its students invaluable experience.
Much of this skill development already takes place in journalism, web-design, and yearbook classes. Zsportsmedia can bring these efforts and skills to a real-world platform where students receive credit for their creativity. One current Zsports project "Washington Sports Network" has already used student photos on its site.
Zsports benefits from motivated students, their new ideas, skills and perspectives to drive innovation, creativity, and service. Students benefit from learning applicable skills for a digital age, while completing school.
